@cmarchan i have been try another browser on micrsft edge, internet explorer, even incognito tab and allowed javascript settig. but still same
any other solution?

Sorry to hear that this problem still persists.
We cannot replicate the issue from our end. Video playback works for us and no other user has reported this problem with the portal.
Perhaps it is a firewall on your router or pc preventing you from playing back videos since you checked already for browser problems?
still didn’t find the problem.
its my first time to having error video play.
