How to personalize buttons and links in header

Hello everyone!

I’m trying to find a way to personalize some buttons and links colors, but I cannot find an easy way to do it since the header has been changed to one big HTML element.
Is there some easy way I haven’t found?

The only possibilities are these, and they depend on the app Primary color :

But I’d like to find a way to customize them. Do you have any idea?
