Privacy and Terms Links on /login?m=signup in 3.4.0

Hi,

I recently installed 3.4.0 and I noticed that links to Terms and Privacy on the /login?m=signup page are linking to the old versions and not to the new legal page. Since I’m new, I’m not sure yet how to best fix this, so maybe someone else can provide some guidance.
