Reset Canvas Tags

I feel like this should be a simple option, but seems impossible to execute.

I want to be able to run a workflow (or anything) that will reset the selected options in a Canvas Tags element to their defult.

There’s a Clear Canvas Tags option (great for clearing all the selected options), but I want to reset to whatever the default selections were.

In case it’s not clear, here is the expected workflow:
